We are an engineering company with 63 years of
combined experience and expertise in electronic assembly and test of products
of many different forms in both PTH and SMT technologies. Our experience is
well founded from many of the automated assembly, reflow soldering/wave
soldering/automated selective soldering, automated inspection systems, manual
and automated solder paste stencil printing and the implementation of process
control techniques and tools. Furthermore, this experience is augmented by a
strong knowledge in computer science application methodology and software
development.
ATA Inc. is in a formidable position to offer
consulting services to the industry as well as for designing/developing tools
and processes for the leading technologies such as Ball Grid Array components
and lead free soldering processes. As examples, we have designed and developed
BGA Re-Balling tools now being offered for sale. Soon to be released
for sale will be a Bench Top
Pick and Place Unit that is intended for use in placing the newly
re-balled BGA onto the PC board. Thereafter, we will be developing additional
bench top tools for reflowing BGAs with lead free solder balls and tools to
make the job of removing BGAs from PC boards much more time effective than the
conventional methods of today.
Our tools are being manufactured by our partner
company, American Valmark in Spicewood Texas that with 15 years in tooling
experience is in a strong position to give our customers cost effective,
reliable tools.
